Adam is a technical consultant and chemist with a strong track record of delivering practical, data-driven solutions across the manufacturing and industrial sectors. His experience spans research and development, laboratory operations, and field-based technical services, with a particular focus on metalworking fluids, lubricants, polymers, specialty coatings, raw materials, & additives.
Over the course of his career, he has led product development initiatives, supported large-scale manufacturing operations, and worked directly with customers to troubleshoot complex chemical and process challenges. Adam brings hands-on expertise with advanced analytical instrumentation—including FTIR, XRF, XRD, ICP, SEM, and particle size analysis—paired with a deep understanding of how to translate laboratory data into real-world performance improvements.
In addition to his technical background, Adam has extensive experience in regulatory and quality systems, including ISO 9001, GMP, and food safety frameworks. As a PCQI-certified professional, he has helped develop and implement HACCP programs and train teams to meet stringent compliance requirements.
What sets his approach apart is the ability to bridge traditional chemistry with modern technology. With a graduate level education in Orthopedics and Prosthetics, and a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry Adam has a diverse technical background that helps him develop innovative solutions for clients.
